Starting to feel sad...
Just about 4 weeks pp and I'm starting to feel pretty sad. I keep crying and I don't know why? My SO isn't being very understanding I've talked to him about PP depression and he practically said we don't have time for that. He's a 'tough love' kind of guy, not a bad thing. But, I have no contol of how I feel right now and just wish he would be sensitive to me, I'm not asking to be treated like a baby, but to show some concern or at least be softer with me. I'm not asking too much am I?

Baby blues is common, but if it gets to be bad you need to talk to your doctor. My OB explained to my husband before I had my baby that I'd be emotional.
Men just don't get it. Maybe show him some articles about it so he doesn't think you're over reacting.

I'll read him some articles... I've told him about it before and how real it is. I guess it didn't stick

I've been feeling the same for the past few weeks, I'm now nearly 7 weeks pp. My partner's also the same. He keeps telling me to stop crying and feeling sad all the time, I can't help it !? Argh ? The doc has gave me anti-depressants but I'm just so scared to take them in case I get worse, plus I HATE swallowing tablets, I'm such a wimp! X

I definitely had and might still have the baby blues! My so was a a$$ about it, but it's just him to! He would always say oh no the light bulbs coming on, that's what he'd call it when I got emotional lol he doesn't even know about half the times I cried or he probably would've picked on me worse!
