Hive/rash caused by cold items??

Hive/rash caused by cold items??

So I recently noticed when I hold something cold, say a lemonade straight from the fridge, in my arm for maybe 5 minutes I get this big bump/rash looking thing. It's so strange. Then I ate a Popsicle and my lips started to swell. It doesn't seem to be an allergic reaction from food. I'll ask my doctor when I see her this next week. But I was wondering if anyone else had this happen??
