Right timing...

I placed my first born son for adoption. He has an amazing family, which has accepted me as family too. It's just a big family of love! Lol Any way. Since I'm newly pregnant. I'm nervous to tell them. When would be good? Is there ever right timing? I'm 8 weeks now. And I just got a text from his mom. They live in a different state so I never get to see them. Should I do something cute and send in the mail or just a simple text? I may be overthinking this but they are super important to me. I'm just so nervous.
