You don't owe her anything. If she wanted to be a part of SS life, she should have supported HEX better so she didn't lose custody.

I would block her, get a restraining order and make she she definitely can't pick up ss from school.

I would not let her take him at all during your time.

You guys have custody. She has ZERO rights. Not even for visitation. And her threatening all the time is a problem. I would probably get a restraining order but at least have your lawyer draft a letter telling her to back off

Also stop giving her your time. Let hex give up her time if she wants too. But you guys don’t owe her anything

I'm honestly scared she'll kidnap SS.

Dh says she's dumb as rocks and can't/won't pull it off. She's been saying she has rights to him and coming to his school telling him he needs to live with her away from BOTH Dh and Hex.

I believe Mil said something about back when Hex had sole custody her mom called her saying she wanted to take SS and move out of the county.

Recently she's been asking us to sign papers so she can take him out of the country. She has family all over the world. She could literally pull it off and hide SS anywhere. I begged Dh not to let her leave he country with him. I had a terrible feeling about it. Hex took him for her summer visit and didn't mention anything she just went about her business as normal so in not sure if she even knows about it.

When SS came home after summer Hex's mom came to our door with family members asking to take him out of state and I believe she wanted to do it during Hex's parenting time.

She wants partial custody of SS. We JUST settled in court with HEX TWO WEEKS AGO!

Dh refuses to talk to her because of how she treats him. Mil refuses to talk to her because a few months ago she called her yelling and screaming saying she had a lawyer who would help her take SS from all of us permanently. Last year Hex pulled me aside after we got custody and told me she doesn't allow SS around her because of how crazy and toxic she is. I guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree now does it?

I've been the only one supporting her and making sure she sees SS sat school ect. She barking up the wrong tree y'all!

She called yesterday mad she's not on SS pick up list and she should get Hex's time because "sometimes things happen". I (as well as our lawyer, mediator and judge) have told her Hex's time is for HEX and she doesn't have rights to him. Anyways I let her pick him up but asked to take him to a Halloween party and she said no.

But anyways she offered to give us weekdays with her getting every weekend because the one weekday of Hex's per month just isn't working for her, then said Saturday-Sunday, then Monday-Tuesday, then one weekend a month when I kept shooting her down with no's. Hex just got EOW so she can spend more time with him before we move.

So then she got upset saying she has rights for separate time from Dh and Hex and wants partial visitation ect. I finally lost it in the middle of the hospital pharmacy so now everyone knows our business. Oh well. I told her that her daughter is a POS b**** who constantly PASes SS against us, took him then we had to spend thousands of dollars fighting her for custody because she wants to play house with whoever her newest boyfriend is and wanted us to have no rights then asked for us to only have FIVE WEEKS of visitation per year at her discretion with no birthdays or holidays. That I know she herself as well as her crazy family PASes SS and don't text me call me show up at my home stay off of my property drop SS on the sidewalk as scheduled at 7 pm and call Hex for any future visitation during her parenting time. Then I hung up on her.

Should we call our lawyer and/or Hex and let them know what's going on?
