Haven't had sex in a week

We've been sick (food poisoning). It's day 1 of my fertile week. Can we still conceive this Cycle? I'm so scared since we haven't been Baby dancing that somehow he won't have healthy swimmers ? Can anyone offer any advice? Anyone else in the same boat?
