She has an infected tumor and has to cross the rainbow bridge. How do we tell him? He's going to be devastated. Her sister crossed the bridge while SS was at Hex's over the summer. He was due home in two weeks but we just couldn't wait any longer. That was a little over a month ago. They're both almost 3 years old which is super old for rats. We adopted them as infants and they've had a great life with us.
