Update: I started AF the day before yesterday. My doctor said to eat healthier so I made this spinach, egg white, tomato and cheese omelet yesterday. Then I had like 6 pieces of bacon so... I'll work on eating better ? thank you all for your support the past few days. I'm not testing this month I'm going to wait for my missed AF ? Will see how that goes. Fx for this month ladies ??
