What does that mean "until she's sober" So basically she can be a loser junkie her whole entire life and never pay?

Id like to just send a hug Sammie. Not same situation but just as bad here. Well, hex doesn't pay for boys she hasn't seen in almost 4 years either. And they won't order her to until she's sober. ? So just know I completely empathize.

This is so wrong. This is so crazy. Why am I here taking care of her kid while she's running around doing whatever it is that she does?! And now I have two states and three counties coming after us? She filed in her county across the state saying that SS6 is living there with her. She said we are still living in Texas so child support there is trying to find us. DH just got a job back here and we received the letter here as well.

How is this right? Legally and morally? It's like adding insult to injury. She gets to run around doing whatever the fu*k she wants AND we have to pay her? She said it's because "I'm his mother" so I guess that makes this all okay.

I know. This is all madness. My dad was basically yelling at me to get him locked up. I said it's not that easy. He swore up and down she would put him in jail. I said, "dad, I'm a blended family/family court EXPERT! It's not happening." He swore it would. Should have made a bet because, unfortunately, I was right.

Just send them copies of the legal docs that state who has full physical and that should take care of it.
