I am 5 says late bf a couple days ago. I decided to check my cervix it's really high but firm? I have had blood with mucas spotting then yesterday and today I had like really small dots of brown. After I checked cervix I had light brown when I wiped. I also have group b strep so taking vaginal insert gel to treat it. Anyone tell me your thought. I have one test left and I don't wanna waste it but?

Might still be implantation spotting, but I do that right before af shows most cycles. Fx it's IB though
