You should have warned me. Tiday was the third day i took it, been passing gas alot easier. Had a bowel movemnt earluer which was easier but still a little struggle. So tonight u eating and i have to pass gas so i do......... A little later i like ok need to go. Yeah that gas i passed was not gas it was a little but eww (glad kids were sleeping at least the younger ones cause they would have thought it was funny.. But omg it felt so good to have it come out in one little push, now i think i will try every other day cause i dont want anymore of those ooops thinking i need to pass gas.
