Had really low contractions (shjoting cramps) for about an hour and a half last night. After they were done had really bad pressure. Then like shhoting cramos (contractions) in my back. They came as soon as they left and they hurt but were bareable. Now just unconfy this morning. About 8 me and daughter will take a nap cause i will wake her and feed here around 6ish. Still having some cramping but will see how i feel after nap.

Braxton hicks can be really painful but they are just your body's way of preparing for childbirth. If they are constant and at regular intervals, get in contact with your dr, otherwise I have found a heat pack soothing or get your partner to give you a back rub:)

Ya i know thats why i didnt call dr cause if they kept up the rest of night i would have this morning before i too dh to work. They were just painful enough to to keep me awaje but since tgey just kept coming one right after anothee i knew they were too fast for the real thing. I have and apt next week so i will keep im informed. Its just been 7 years since i done a vaginal birth last 2 were c sections. I just needed to whine cause i didnt want to keep dh awake all night.
