Can a BFN Turn into a BFP? Share Your Experience!

Need some advice... I got a bfn this morning and I’m 13dpiui and had very light bleeding when I wipe, only last night. Any chance I could still get a bfp? ?

I called my nurse to see what she thought I should do. She said I should still come in for beta tomorrow because my blood work might show positive even though I got a bfn today. She said it's still early, so we'll see! ???

Thank you! I'm debating if I should go, cancel or sched it for Wednesday when I'll be 14dpiui. My doc said if we do it tomorrow it may be a false negative since its a little early and she would want me to take an hpt Wed and thurs anyway to make sure.

I would still go hun, if possible. I hear ya on the distance thing as well. We dont have a car so on top of taking a day off work, it costs us $120 to get there and back.

Maybe you can find a lab closer to home . My clinic lets us choose the labcorp we want to go to .

I would not drive an hour for a beta if you’re still getting negatives that morning. I think getting betas drawn is a racket anyway! Don’t get me wrong, seeing levels go up if it’s positive is great for peace of mind but if it’s negative on a pee test your level is so low it wouldn’t be a clearly positive blood test either. You’ll start your period 14 days post ovulation anyway if it is negative so why waste your time. Good luck though, you could very well still see a positive!

Thank you so much!! I was considering canceling my beta because I figured it would be pointless by now with no bfp and I have to miss work and it's an hour away. Now I'll keep the appt.

My sister in law had negatives until 15dpiui. She had a beta that said positive before the line showed up. Good luck!

I haven’t...but I have a friend who did!! She had all negative tests until day 14
