Hi all, I'm new! 1st medicated IUI w/trigger

I had a great baseline ultrasound yesterday (cd1) 14 follicles in EACH ovary! Going to start femara this tomorrow! Hsg is next Friday, she said I didn't need it but I insisted in hopes of flushing out my tubes and increasing the chance of getting a BFP! :) We have been trying for 13 months after a miscarriage in Oct 2016. I had a previous miscarriage in 2008. Estimated IUI day is Jan 30th or 31st! Any advice, tips to help this round be successful or willingness to share your stories is appreciated!! Today is cd2.
