Anyone get a positive beta after faint/negative hpt

I'm going to get a blood test done tomorrow, my doctor wants to make sure I'm not pregnant. I really feel like it's pointless but she insists after my super faint bfp I had on Friday. I told her I took a digital yesterday that said not pregnant but she thinks there's still a chance because I'm 3 almost 4 days late. I think that's due to being on progesterone (stopped yesterday) but who knows. Just ready to be finished with this cycle. Anyone have a faint or negative hpt & positive blood test that ended in a successful pregnancy?
