Its not as bad as it was last week just so painful and my Dr said its not healing right. I guess I'll know more tomorrow from him. The bump isn't on a stretch mark. You can kinda see it here my camera sucks! And no the incision itself is not leaking. It was like a "sticky wet" last week but my Dr cleaned it with an alcohol pad and it burned so bad but no wetness or stickiness since then. Now just the bump has fluid that I clean like every 20-30 mins. The incision is raised up from the rest of my skin like a bad scar that I didn't go to the drs for. If that makes sense.

That actually doesn't look as bad as I thought it might. It's not red or inflamed and you said it's not leaking right?

Did it keep draining? Did you squeeze it? I haven't messed with it except to clean it when I see stuff there.
