I'm BACK!!! Almost a year after my last pregnancy, which I sadly miscarried whilst ski-touring, I'm soooo excited to be back in the game, even if only at 4w0d. Counting macros, HIIT, weightlifting and mountain sports should all still be on the agenda as I'm 40 now and so the last loss was probably poor genetics, and this time I did IVF and had the embryos tested :) Haha I'm in with a chance of becoming a Mum this time round!

This may be stupid but....how long do contractions last for? I keep having period cramps and lower back pain but it lasts like 3 minutes each time.

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
Well it's 4am again...husband is at another bar. Told him at 1 I want to go to the hospital because of the cramps I'm having. He keeps turning his phone on to text on whatsapp but then turns it off. He won't answer my calls or texts. I'm sitting at home crying in pain. This is the 3rd time in less than 2 months and the last time was less than a week ago. I need to move back to Ohio. It's final.
So this time last year, i was going in to be induced and this was my last bump picture😫😥wish i could go back!
