I don’t think butch is too concerned about the kids considering he is likely using with their mother. They are both a mess. CPS needs to intervene here. The kids could live with Tyler’s mom while their mom gets help. I’m so glad Tyler has his mom. She seems to be the only person in his life that has concern for him and doesn’t deplete him.

@sparkling did you hear Tyler say he hates being in that house because of the chaos? I would be sick if I let my family live in my home and they were destroying it. If Butch if all people is concerned for those kids then you know something is really wrong!

I just started catching up... amber is acting like she's some sort of royalty. I feel so bad for her bf, he seems like a decent enough person who took things too far lol. Gary and his wife both seem like really, really good people. I also feel bad for leah she is old enough to start realizing how her mom.

I don't get how mack and Ryan are still together, if I were her I'd be sick of it by now. Obviously either them or maci is lying about communication, I wish one of them would just show their text log. ? to the pp who said he acts like his weird uncle, that is so accurate.

I feel so bad for Tyler trying to help so many people, he definitely needs to take a step back so he can take care of himself. His sister is definitely on drugs and you can tell he just can't take anymore.

I have to bump this again because I only JUST watched this episode. First, it really hurt my heart to see butch so upset about leaving his grandkids. Even though he’s been a mess himself you can tell he seems to have been a big part in taking care of them. Sounds like someone needs to step in for those kids, their mother clearly isn’t doing her job. That house was a mess and you could tell Tyler was just feeling that the investment in that home is being destroyed. It’s so hard for him that his family is such a mess, I know he’s trying to help them but ultimately I think he will step out at some point because he will realize there’s nothing he can do. Sad but true. I wonder if he even charges his sister rent. She seemed like she wanted him to give her money when she was complaining about being charged $5 for electricity to switch over to her name.

Second, I’m LMFAO at the end where it showed what’s next and Ryan is DRUNK at his wedding Ceremony! I can’t wait to see how he f*** ed up there. He’s in total denial about his behavior, I really think him and maci don’t communicate because HE doesn’t communicate. I don’t feel sorry for him and Mackenzie I truly don’t think they actually TRY with maci. If Mackenzie is that concerned you know she could make amends with maci and aid the communication but she is extremely bitter and angry about probably how much of a mess Ryan is that she just can’t/won’t do it.

I don’t like Ryan’s Mackenzie either. But that’s what I read on the Ashley, that she was a likely replacement for the time slot. But I hope they pick Mackenzie McKee because I liked her in teen mom 3. Apparently her mom is battling metastatic lung cancer, she has tumors in her lungs and her brain ? it’s so sad. So that maybe gives her a boost for getting the time slot over Ryan’s wife since it adds to her story and also could give her family a platform to raise awareness about what cancer patients have to go through.

Larry likes to go off on tangents. Ryan's parents are the biggest enablers out there. I think he just meant Maci's good girl image isn't what we think it is, because Ryan always looks like the bad guy on tv.

Like I said that's my opinion so I'm not sure. It could be because Larry obviously has a very strong opinion and has anger issues and gets carried away when ranting. It's really not Larry's place to out anything anyway, but I personally think Ryan just knows hos dad would go on and on and Bentley sees the show, Maci sees the show, they could use whatever he says against them. But who knows until something comes out!!

A lot of people say she's got an alcohol abuse problem. Maybe that's it? She had photos of her drinking while pregnant with maverick before she knew she was pregnant. Maybe that's the secret?

She's got good reason to keep Bently from Ryan. And she isn't even really keeping him away from them. She said he could go over there as soon as he takes a drug test and he's failed to do so so far.

Pp but if that was it why would Ryan stop his dad from saying that when Ryan himself has said that?

What they are referring to is Maci keeping Bentley away from Ryan. She's doing it for good reasons obviously, but they're trying to say one day we will all see the truth (saying she isn't being honest about Ryan not trying or whatever) and Bentley will know too, saying he will know his dad tried and his mom refused. It's dumb. They treat Ryan like a damn child and they are the only reason he's ever he a relationship with his own child.

That's what I get from it anyway. They've been on tv for 8 years, I'm sure we would have heard about Maci's drug use by now if that was the case.

I’m thinking maybe that at some point she also abused drugs possibly with Ryan? Maybe they blame her for it. It seems like something his dad feels would change everyone’s idea of Maci.

They try to portray her as the one keeping Bentley from Ryan. They say she paints Ryan like the “bad guy”. I’m waiting for them to prove anything because all i see is Ryan looking strung out and her asking him to take a drug test with no response. Now McKenzie is saying he writes to her all the time and gets no response and Ryan says he offers to take drug tests all the time. But in an earlier episode he said he wouldn’t take one because she was asking for a hair sample and he didn’t want to test positive since it stays in hair for a long time. To me, Macy could do a better job coparenting by communicating directly to Ryan rather than his parents, but I really don’t see her being at fault for anything else.

@Underthesea I read an article that said he was referring to Maci's miscarriage after her 3rd kid. Taylor had explicitly stated that he didn't want people to know or to talk about it. Ryan's dad sounded like he would leak it.

Does anyone else think it’s so s*** ty of MTV to put so much emphasis on Cate’s pregnancy?? I mean she miscarried and then had to go back and do the voiceovers for all the episodes, explaining how excited she was and everything, after she lost the baby... probably played a role in her recent depression and I can’t imagine it being on TV now makes her any better. :/

Mckenzie is terrible too, she plays devils advocate so well. Stirs the pot up. She acts so... I don't know if jealous is the right word. But she definitely has some insecurity issues surrounding Maci. Ryan should have stayed with Bentley and got a ride with his parents later. He acts so unattached to Bentley. Like his weird uncle or something.

I think Tyler is great, I feel bad for him. He's surrounded by toxic people. I hope he gets out one day.

I finally watched the episode last night and Mackenzie bugs the crap out of me. If I was Maci i wouldn’t be catering to Ryan’s schedule either. He definitely should’ve stayed with Bentley instead of going with Mackenzie and Hudson. Maci asked specifically what she needed in order to let him see Bentley and he didn’t do that then complains about it. Not Maci’s fault, she had to protect her child and keeping him away from a drug addict father when he won’t do a drug test seems more than reasonable to me. And if I were her I wouldn’t be talking to him either. By the way he was speaking to his mom I don’t doubt he’s all nice to Maci. And Mackenzie and her friends admitted a few episodes back that they left Taylor out of the invite on purpose, Jen was there and looked really uncomfortable.

OMG I'm just now watching. I'll be honest Tyler's a better kid that I could ever be to my parents. There is no way I can bring myself to drop that money when he's relapsed so many times. I don't care if I get hate for that but that's me. He is an awesome son. As for Amber I see her points she may came across harsh but I probably would have to. Pp Farrah is still fired they are just airing what they had already filmed before it happened. She won’t be on the next season. Possible replacements for her slot on the show are either Ryan’s wife McKenzie (she would get her own time instead of being aired during Maci’s time) or McKenzie McKee from Teen Mom 3.

Farrah irritates me the most. She is always so negative and doesn’t care that her daughter is listening to every word she says. Now that little girl is starting to sound like her momma, “I don’t want to go because David is going to be there. I don’t like him”. Wonder who influenced that opinion.

I think Ryan is back on drugs as well and if you ask me, he's not doing the best he can as a father. He could've stayed with Bentley while Mckenzie had her son since he complains so much about not seeing him (which can all be resolved with a simple drug test).

With the money and resources these people have, they could be making a lot better choices. They signed up for the show so they signed up for the criticism that comes along with it. I feel bad cate had a mc but I don't think her stints in rehab should be filmed. I also don't agree with just leaving your husband and child and running off to rehab to get a break. That's not how it is with mental health in the real world.

Butch and Tyler’s sister both look awful. I’m sure they are using together. So sad with those poor kids living in that environment. I feel awful for Tyler.
