@livefast I think they are comparing it to the stink bug with that photo in the corner.

Triatomines are longer than they are wide. And typically black not brown.

I see the kind on the bottom right all the time.

The bottom left picture literally says common brown stink bug.

Kissing bugs have more defined stripy edges.

They're harmless but they still scare me. Lol.?

I know they look like stink bugs to me as well. We get them in our house this time of year.

The one on the bottom right looks like we call a "stink bug" around here. Yikes!

Oh crap I didn't know that and we have them everywhere. We call them stink bugs. There was a HUGE one that caught a ride on my youngest son's backpack while we were walking back up from getting them off the bus. We didn't see it until we were inside and I'd never seen one so big. I dang near shat myself getting it back outside.
