IUD help!
So I got the Mirena back in February and since then I have been breaking out bad! My face, back, and neck are horrible ?. I've never dealt with breakouts before so I'm thinking it might be the IUD? Anyone else experience this?

It could be! The Mirena is a hormonal BC.

I had horrible acne with the mirena, after 3 months I had it removed. I was on proactive, antibiotics, and spironolactone and it barely helped. Never again will I get an IUD.

Gave me acne also. Mine rejected after a month. I won't get it again!

It gave me cystic acne on my back. Which I had never experienced before. Along with major mood swings. I had that sucker removed after a couple of months.

Thank you all for sharing I knew it had to be this IUD! Like pp said I never broke out like this as a teen. My back is the worst and there's tiny ones all over my face and even my neck. I have felt so ugly lately.
