About to lose it!

I'm so stressed and annoyed! We rent our townhouse and the master bathroom toilet cracked and flooded the bedroom and went through the ceiling and leaked on our carpet downstairs as well. They extracted a lot of the water but it's still not all dry and the house smells like mildew. Not to mention the water stains all over the ceiling downstairs. I'm an OCD clean freak and I can't believe this happened! On one hand it's nice that we rent bc we don't have to pay for the damages but they said we have to wait for everything to dry for them to come out Monday and fix it all. I can't even relax in my house it's just a disaster right now ?.
