Doing yoga with my little man after getting my Butt kicked at body pump last night lol

You know they have a cosmic kids yoga channel on YouTube that’s really cute for kids lol . I know you’re doing it with him but they have all kinds of cute stuff on there !! My daughter loves it . She will do yoga once in the morning and once before bed a lot of the time
