I mean you can. It could just be from drainage. But my daughter has had two sets of tubes ??‍♀️

Thanks pp I just called the drs office they basically said the say thing. They can have some drainage while laying down then when they get up there's no more pain. So she advised to just watch him. Left a message for his dr and she will call me if she wants to see him. It's just so frustrating

Ugh so now he's saying his ear hurts again. Headed to the drs at 4:40pm an hour from now. Probably has an ear infection. Ugh my poor little boy can't catch a break.

So an update after his appt. (Even though no one really responds to my post) but anyway he had a terrible double ear infections. And the drs wants us to go see the ENT dr as soon as late next week to discuss doing another set of tubes. Any mommas out there that have had their kids have one the one set of tubes placed?!?! Ugh I'm just so upset and frustrated about this whole situation

I have no idea, as you know my guy is still little and we've never had much in the way of ear problems, so here's a bump for you!

Both my boys had two sets of tubes. I'm so glad that they got them. Makes a world of difference! One of my boys had an adenoidectomy when he got the second set of tubes.

I'm sorry mama. My little guy has his first set of tubes now. But his ENT did say about 10% of kids will be back for a 2nd set...
