Getting molars

My son was 10mths on the 15th and he's started to get bottom molars already. He got teeth very early had his 1st before 4mths. He has 8 now plus the 2 large molars on the bottom almost cut thru. I though they didn't get them till 1. Feel so bad for him his gums look so inflamed and angry. Poor guy
