Mine I choose because I had her when I was a kid and I loved her them. But now I'm realizing she has mostly outdated information. When your ped is actually learning things from you, rather you from them.... It might be time to get a new one. But I do like her and every other appointment she researches what I was talking about at the previous one and has told me I'm right every time so far and had made several changes in her practice because of it. She is also very much for parental rights to accept or decline any medical procedure which is great for us. She's someone I don't have to put up my dukes with when it comes to our medical decisions as a family. I love that she listens and is willing to discuss anything and research anything she doesn't know about.
Oh okay, there are so many options so its hard to figure out which one.
I definitely don't want a pediatrician that will advise me to start rice cereal or solids before 6 months.
Is it weird to ask when they suggest to start solids?
