Meal suggestions...picky eaters
My sons are extremely picky eaters. Everything I offer is a fight. They nibble from our plate here and there. They will only take milk and the jar baby food without fighting. Any meals suggestions please???

My daughter was picky. She wouldn't even try it. I would almost have to force the food on her lips so she could lick it off and she would then beg for more. Like ohhhhh this is good!

My 3rd was picky at eating. She loved the jar baby food. So I got her to try steamed veggies, very soft. And she liked that. And banana (things she ate in the jars.) And from there we got her to eat hot dishes (with veggies in cuz she loved them)
Just keep trying. They will get it.

@cmurphy I go through the same thing. They see the spoon and it's all over

@ashw I will try that using what they like.

If they shy from the spoon maybe try finger foods. Small chunks of soft veggies or fruit or whatever. Macey prefers feeding herself. But she will eat from a spoon or fork. I'm also teaching her to use the fork.

We don't use the spoons. She feeds herself with her hands. If I try to use a spoon she says no
