Wonder How the weight is distributed... my neck and shoulders hurt carrying my one baby using a carrier from Walmart! Willing to spend some good money if I can find one worth it!
I looked at this but A) it is super expensive and B) I don't think you would be able to use it for very long. I think I'm going to go with a moby wrap for the first couple months and then 2 front and back carriers like ergo baby for later on.
I don't think I could do the front and back carry, which is why this appeals. I do agree it seems like toy would have a short use cycle on it though. I think carrying twins is just not going to be as simple as doing a singleton was. New motto with twins maybe? :) I'm sure I'll say that about a lot in the coming months.
Look for tandem wearing on FB. Also, I don't think I would get this one. I have considered wearing one baby and another in stroller (if I don't want to use double stroller.. )
I'm not sure I like there look of this. Plus it looks like you could only use for a bit in the beginning. I got a Moby for the beginning and plan on getting the twin trexx 2 carrier for when they are able to hold their heads up. It can be worn front and back, tandem and split for two people to wear

This is actually a huge hazard. There is a high risk of suffocation. Baby wearing is so great but the TICKS guidelines need to be followed :)
