I am so depressed this morning. Been on bed rest for almost 90% of pregnancy. Pregnant with twin boys and high risk. My mom has been there to help me through all of it. But she flew out this morning to see my grandparents and will likely not be back till next year so I'm on my own with hubby at work all day.

I have never been on bed rest, but I have suffered from depression for years in my past and am finally getting over it, so I understand the feeling.
Just know event though none of us are close in life, we are on this forum, and you can talk about whatever you want pregnancy related or not and I doubt anyone is gonna give you a hard time. If they do I know a group of us who will say something because we are already considered over opinionated lol
