Your thoughts?
I currently have a 9 mo. She was breast fed till 6 mo and I had my first period in Sept but nothing since ( with no possible pregnancy as a reason). Last week, I had slight spotting, but only once, as I wiped. I thought it was my period coming. That night my dh and I had a "oopsie" ( failed condom). I didn't think much of it, as I was sure my period was coming due to the spot of blood in am. Now a week later, no period, no spotting, notting. So I go google and it says sometimes u may spot during ovulation. I have never spotted in the past. So my question is , has anyone ever experienced spotting during ovulation? Any other reason u can think of for the spotting? I would be happy if I was pregnant but the timing def isnt the best ( yet I would still welcome the news with excitement). Any thoughts?

So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
So I thought I was starting my period. I woke up this morning with tiny cramps nothing major. I then had to use the bathroom and I was spotting. It has since went away and I hope it stay away. My last period was Dec. 28 and I should've came on Jan. 25th but nothing.
Question! If I'm just ovulating today and my period is supposed to be due January 4th. Will I have my period on time?
