Yes I did today for the first time ever! It was wonderful. Today was my transfer!

Hi Stacy! I had no idea what to expect either, bring shorts. I went for specific IVF acupuncture and ended up starting with a back shoulder treatment. My back was like rocks. So much stress. I did end up having pain in that area. She was able to get my muscles to spasm. It was painful but felt so good after. The normal acupuncture for IVF was painless. Very small needles, stuck in the body from head, ears to feet. Then you lay, listen to music and relax. I felt so amazing after. No headache, calm, at peace. Stark difference from the irritable, stressed out person I've been. I truly recommend it. I plan to go back. It's mainly relaxation (improved blood flow). I couldn't believe what a difference I felt. I was numb, no pain, just relaxed. Perfect Zen. I also feel the most optimistic about this working ❤

Oh thank you for sharing I have been worried about it the idea of any more needles than we already do have me a bit stressed but I am relieved to hear that it helped because Lord knows that I am stressed I'm trying not to be stressed since my transfers December 15 but it's a lot easier to say than do this gives me peace of mind that it won't be so terrifying

First day of acupunture completed! Very relaxing. Thank you for the heads up on wearing shorts i would have ended up in panties in there lol
