Estrogen (E2) levels at trigger day
For those who have done egg retrievals in the past, please can you tell me what your E2 (estrogen level) was when your RE triggered before your egg retrieval? And is it true that E2 is an indicative of egg maturity and that per mature egg, a patient will have an E2 level of 1000.

we got 10 , 9 of them fertilized and transferred 2 in our fresh cycle,
7 frozen and yesterday they thawed 4 , 1 didn't survive and transferred 3 ???

I don’t know if there’s a relationship between the estrogen level and the number of mature eggs. Mine was over 5000 two days before retrieval. They collected 15 eggs, 10 were mature, and 6 fertilized. Only two blasts.

Mine was over 1500, retrieved 13, 9 mature, 8 fertilized
