Going on day 5 of a throbbing headache
I have never had a headache that has lasted so long! I'm 37w5d and this is getting to be ridiculous. At first I thought I was dehydrated, so I have increased my water intake but that didn't help. I have also tried using peppermint essential oil topically and I had my chiro try to alleviate it but nothing has helped! Has anyone had this happen to them and was there anything that helped? I never take Tylenol or anything, so I'm looking for some natural remedies. I haven't ever had a migraine before, but I'm wondering if that's what it is

Eating enough? Water? (I know you said you drank more) but how much water do you drink each day? If you don't drink enough water & then randomly drink some it won't make it just go away.

I've been eating plenty and I have been drinking more water for the past 5 days, I didn't just drink more once and expect it to help haha. I really hope it goes away soon

Likely it's due to hormones. I get migraines when not pregnant, and have had a few horrible ones while. It may sound crazy but drink something with caffeine, then run a hot bath and put your feet in, put an ice pack on your head. Quite a few people I know use the same method with good results ;). I wish you the best! Migraines are miserable!

I suffer from migraines when not pregnant and it's worse when pregnant because medications are severely limited. If you're not willing to take the Tylenol, try some caffeine and a warm bath and laying in a dark cool room. I will usually take 2 extra strength tylenol and get a half caff Starbucks and that will sometimes help.
