Anatomy ultrasound Out of curiosity, how long did ya'lls take? Mine is later this afternoon

Mine was maybe 15 minutes

Oh wow, that's a big difference!

Mine took maybe 25/30 minutes for the anatomy and another 30/40 for a fetal echo ultrasound.

Mine was an hr and a half bc baby girl was so active. She wouldn't be still and kept getting in positions that hid certain organs. It took forever for the tech to find her kidneys, she was finally able to see them, but could not measure them. And we never got to see her face to check for cleft palette or lip. My fetal echocardiogram was also around 25 minutes (only had one bc I'm diabetic and they wanted to be sure the heart was developing correctly).

Let me clarify on my response. That included meeting for a few minutes with the nurse before the ultrasound and also they found a cyst on my cervix so they had me do a trans vagina one as well.

Mine was 20 min but was supposed to be an hr. The nurse at the desk didn't grab my file when I checked in and just wrote no call no show. So we sat there and finally someone figured it out 20 min before they closed so I feel it was rushed.

45 minutes. The place I go makes all anatomy scans 45 minutes long.

Mine was about 30 minutes for the ultrasound and another 20 for my appointment after

Mine was almost two hours. Baby boy was very low and they couldn't get the view they needed of his brain. They didn't want me to be concerned by telling me to come back in two weeks for a follow up. I appreciated that. .an actual OBGYNE doctor did it himself the last half hour. They went trans vaginally too.

Cwarne, that sucks! How frustrating

With my first, it was about 15-20 minutes. We just had our anatomy scan for our second about a week and a half ago and it took about an hour. This time around, I was able to get a DVD of my ultrasound (different doctors office) and they spent about 30 minutes just making the video. The last 30 minutes was just them checking what they needed to on the baby, and talking to my doctor.

About 30min baby was very active nurse was having trouble getting all the measurements

Mine was booked for an hour and it ended up being about 45. She was fast but my Little nugget was a squirmy worm ❤ it would have probably been even longer if we were confirming gender.

Mine was about 30-35 mins. Baby wasn't cooperating and she wasn't able to see a lot of the parts she was trying to see so she had me go walk and come back and then baby still wasn't cooperating so she had me go use the washroom and walk again and come back and then finally baby moved positions. There are still some things she wasn't able to see that she needed for the full scan so I'm booked to go back in 2 weeks ( anatomy was 2 weeks ago )
