Tmi
I see that a lot of you been been struggling with consipation, and I am having the opposite problem. I have literally had diarrhea for the past 3 weeks. Besides increasing my water intake, does anyone know of ways I can make it go away? I don't really take medications, so natural remedy suggestions would be greatly appreciated! It's usually just in the mornings, thank God, but it is getting old fast!

I have Crohn's disease so that is normal for me, I have to take meds to control it. Just make sure you are taking in plenty of electrolytes, so you don't become dehydrated. Even with plenty of water, diarrhea can be extremely depleting. And the BRAT diet is always a good way to try and "sop it up". Hopefully it will turn around for you soon. Pregnancy is actually the only time I get relief from my crohns. The hormones slowing digestion eventually work in my favor in the second and 3rd tri. Best of luck mama https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/BRAT_diet

My doctor offered to prescribe me meds for it. I had diarrhea my whole first pregnancy... and it's starting again. I'm only 6w. I hope it slows down.:/ not fun to deal with when you don't wanna leave the house .

So true! I met with my midwife on Friday and she said to pick up some Garden of Life probiotics. I'm really hoping they help!

I second the probiotics. Have you tried having more fiber or foods like oatmeal?

I'm vegan, so I eat a lot of fiber because I'm always eating fruits and veggies. I don't eat a lot of oatmeal, but I will pick some up at the store! Thanks for the suggestion (-:

Yay vegan! Maybe it's too much fruit? Maybe tmi but my hubby is vegan and gets the runs if he eats anything with some milk or greasy fast food ?

That's awesome that you're hubby is vegan, mine is about as far from being vegan as humanly possible? I eat pretty clean (no fast food and not a ton of processed foods) so it's weird that it's been going on for so long. Maybe I am consuming too much fruit! I'm just hoping the probiotics help
