I'm not having sex right now. I know it can make you have a little blood and I cannot take seeing that. So we are not having any right now. We will also be using condoms when we do bc when I had a mc the nurse at the hospital said sperm can cause contractions in your uterus and of course I'm freaked out now.

That's so scary! I am fine without it, I just feel bad for him. I guess I can just focus on him? If you don't mind me asking, how long do you think you'll wait?

Maybe till 2nd trimester. The nurse could be totally wrong but something like that sticks with you. My bf will be lucky if we have sex at all for the next 8 months. Haha.

I'm terrified which sucks because I want it more now than ever. But every miscarriage I've had and with my ectopic pregnancy we've had sex and the next day I would bleed. Not saying sex caused it but it definitely gives me a scare

I'm 5w 6d and we have yet to have sex either...definitely nervous, but also cramping still so the discomfort is also making me shy away. However, still taking care of hubby in other ways ;)

I just had this talk with my husband today! We've had 2 losses and I just told him I can't have sex right now. I'd really resent him because I would know I am just doing it for him and if there was any blood I would probably just lose it and be very angry at him (even though I rationally know it's not his fault).

Honestly, I don't really feel bad because I am trying to take care of my mental health, which in turn takes care of my marriage

Omg congratulations Hun ? knew u was pregnant from your chart. I also had a chemical pregnancy last month & have just my BFP in last few days. Feel exactly the too scared to have sex for a while. He understands and is as scared as well. I've been trying to make it up to him in other ways ? and showing more of an interest in his football or computer games.

Medically you really shouldn't need to use condoms. The sperm can help ripped your cervix but only later in pregnancy. Your body wants to keep the baby and it knows it. We had sex yesterday and I had some light spotting but this is round 3 for me and so it's a little easier to relax. I remember feeling the way you guys do. It will get better. As you begin to show and feel baby it's easier to relax and enjoy your pregnancy

Is it weird that my husband is the nervous one? Tho we are the backwards couple. I want it all the time and he never does. I think it's sweet that he is the nervous one! Sometimes I wish my hubby cared a little more. I had to talk him into having a second child and he keeps saying he's fine either way. Thank you!! And ya after how much pain I went through he would hate us to do it again. I'm sorry your husband wasn't sad. My husband is always the rock and I've never even seen him cry until we got pregnant again. He really wants a baby tho.

I'm facing possibly 9 months with no sex ?. I have IC and will have a stitch put in at 12 weeks. Way too risky for me to even get a bit excited.

Don't be scared it won't cause you to miscarry and should get as much woopie in as possible because soon you may not be up for it at all

It's funny because with my first pregnancy, I wanted it so much in the 3rd trimester, but it totally freaked my husband out.
