I am so confused! I just started charting my bbt and according to my apps, I should be ovulating any day now (Hopefully... just had a cp 2 1/2 weeks ago, hoping to ovulate this month). I'm confused because my bbt went from 96.8 to 97.1 to 97.3. Does the .4 temp increase have to be back to back in order for it to be indicative of ovulation? My apps all say that I haven't ovulated yet. Someone please give me some insight lol

I really am struggling with figuring out my BBT. However, for me, checking the position of my cervix and my mucus has been a dependable indicator in telling me what I need to know. Good luck! Hope this bumps you and gets you some answers.

If say u not ovulated u have to have 3 high temp after the lowest temp. But I'd say thy not enough info on to tell if u ovulated or not x
