Withdrawal from anti depressants

Has anyone went through it?

I hope you're not stopping the meds cold turkey. Weaning off is best. Talk to your doctor!

When I was weaning of my anti depressant it took me about 3 months total to go off. Not sure the time line you're in but it might explain the withdrawal effects. The way I did it, it was slow and I felt a little off between each step down but nothing major (slight headaches or slightly more irritable than usual - but again very little). Good luck.

I almost feel like I'm drunk. Or a really horrible hangover. Or kinda in the middle lol.

And it could have been both megz. I definitely feel kinda like I did while pregnant.

Hmmm I took Paxil and stopped the day I found out I was pregnant. I didn't have any withdrawal symptoms. I was also having terrible morning sickness and headaches. I just figured it was pregnancy doing it to me. ? now I'm thinking maybe it wasn't all pregnancy related.

Actually yeah, I have a really sensitive body. As a teen I use to take a few different things for anxiety, depression and ADHD. One of them gave me daily headaches, dizziness and body aches if I didn't go to the nurse to take another dose in the middle of the day.

Probably. This medicine is known for terrible withdrawal though. So I'm not sure if it's normal or what. I just want it to be over with.

You're probably decreasing your dose too quickly. If it's that bad you need to talk to your dr.
