when to tell family
So I'm 4wks0days pregnant now... My dr doesnt see patients until week 8, which is may 03.. My mom is going to know I'm pregnant by looking at me because my body has changed some and apparently ita obvious..plus if I am as sick like I was last 2 pregnancies..its a for sure giveaway. Is it bad to tell family before an ultrasound? I did with both my successful and my failed pregnancy. I thought about announcing next weekend on easter with little easter eggs..but I just don't know. Help me out mamas.

I'm 4 weeks 0 days too. My mom was the first to know. I called her freaking out and she was thrilled so she helped me think of a way to tell my husband when he got home from work in the morning. I've told two of my best friends and that's it. We go for an ultrasound 4/26, I'll be 7 weeks, and then we'll tell my husband's parents and our other kids.

My husband and I have each already told our best friends and very immediate family (siblings and parents.) Our family is very close though and we know we want the love and support from them even if, knock on wood, something we're to not go right. We will wait however to share with more people until that 12 week mark.

I just feel like the longer I keep it a secret the more I worry that something might go wrong. This is probably my last pregnancy and since it's my second I want to enjoy it and not stress about keeping it a secret.
