Found out 5 wks ago at my 12 week appt that I had a mmc. 4 weeks ago I had surgery. My questions is:

I'm testing with the .88c tests from Wal-Mart, to see if my levels have dropped from my miscarriage,so we can start trying. Do the walmart ones have a reputation for leaving an evap line? Or showing up with a faint line after the 3 minutes and just at the 10 minute mark. Its been 4 weeks since my d&e. My hcg at that time was 750..how long can it take to drop from that?

From my experience they do have evaps. I would try a different brand of pink dye test to confirm. Sorry for your loss.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I had the exact same thing happen to me. It took me 5 weeks and 1 day to get AF after my surgery. I tested on a cheapie. Check it in the time limit and then throw it away. I think they changed the tests bc they get horrible evap lines now.

What a relief.ive tested every week. And the lines dont show up until after that 3 minute mark. So I assume theyre negative but then I get all worried that my levels havent dropped. I have about 1 week til my 5thw week mark and ive never looked forward to af more!!thank you!
