Thats rough, Shaylee has 5 teeth and we've never had any issues. I've gave up trying to wean its near impossible I'm just gonna wait till next year

When mine cut his front teeth, it took maybe a week if I remember good to adapt to the new latch. During that time it was more uncomfortable (that was about 3 months ago) but now, it is going great! Just I feel my supply has decreased since I got pregnant again. I am 11w.

If Sammie had a bad latch w her teeth it'd be easier to wean. I can't tho. She nor I want to I guess. She's #4 & it's never been this easy or wonderful. I really do love it so much w her. She's all mine!Lol. We tried 4 hours but hour 3 she screamed till I fed her from me. She wouldn't take her cup at all. So we'll wait

Thank you mondt3! Today she had 10 oz of whole milk and hardly any breastfeeding. I don't thibk she's enjoying it either since those top teeth came in. I'm all cut up and bruised. I had all hopes of continuing but I'm just not sure it's gonna happen. Teeth hurt! Lol

When he first started biting I would gently un-latch him and then I would sit him to the side and just in a gentle voice,"no don't bite mommy" and then we would start back and keep ending the nursing session as soon as be but again until he didn't but me anymore! Hope it helps

That's the main reason I started dreading feeds and y I stopped

Zach has large top teeth and every feed those teeth dug into me so painful sorry this is happen I don't no how to stop it but I do know how u feel ?

Ps. He didn't bite me it's just the way he latched and we couldn't fix it

I dropped all feed except for naps and during the night first then dropped during the night then after a week I dropped down to morning and bed time then dropped morning after 3 days and bed time after another 3 he did really well u just did it as slow as I could

She doesn't bite anymore. When she did bite, I firmly said no bite and nursing session was over.

My friend says your boobs get used to it after a few days. I hope she's right! She's not biting but I think she's resting her top teeth around my nipple area and so it's becoming bruised. I hope it's not as bad when Klark's teeth come in!

Klark only has 2 bottom teeth but 2 top ones look like theyll be coming soon so im kinda nervous now hearing this! I dont have advice but i wanna follow this for advice if this ends up happening. Does she bite at all? Thats a struggle weve had here and there that id like to fix.. (faith, howd you get bladen to stop biting?)

Bladen has had all his top teeth since 9 months, it will adjust and be better the latch does feel different tho with all the front teeth! I wouldn't let that make you give up, unless it's just not bare able, the worst thing I experienced at first was biting but he stopped that.
