Oh wow! Thanks! I have eaten that stuff before. I'm so cautious anymore with all of these recalls!

We just bought some and had been eating it. Hubby saw the recall notice today. I only saw the classic kind being recalled. We have the lemon twist and garlic ones. From what I read we should be in the clear.

Yeah, my 2 year old, husband, and mom all got sick. I had a bite of contaminated hummus, but it was hard to say if I got sick, or just more morning sickness.

Thanks for mentioning which kind jt was. I hadn't researched it. I had the red pepper one this weekend and prayed all night that all is well ha.

I seriously wanna start making my own everything again. Can't trust healthy food in stores anymore.

@Backer, I want to move out of this city that just keeps growing all the time and live in a rural area where I can have chickens, goats and a big garden. That is the dream. Lol

@yloms5... that sounds awesome. I'd like to live in more of a country like area.. I have a backyard where I could garden some. Maybe I can start there. But I share the same dream. Have cows for milking, and have fresh milk daily. .. chickens for fresh eggs. Mmm mmmmm. I'd do well with living like little house on the prairie. :)

We have about a 100 head of cattle, and my daughter is in FFA so we have two show goats and a show pig! I have a very sweet man who brings me fresh eggs daily!!! Love it!

My hubby just planted a big garden, finger carrots, corn, squash, zucchini, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, radish!!! I usually help get it all planted but you see I have this big oh belly that get in the way! Lol Hahahaha. Not to mention, im on bed rest!

So I will just help when it comes to picking, it and eating it!!! We always love having a garden and the kids enjoy it too!! ?

I love that hummus but I started making my own a couple months ago.
