Damn that's why every thing as far as furniture and main big ticket items I bought them in neutral colors. Plus this is my first and I may have another. I hate buying cribs, car seats, carriers, bouncers, crib bedding etc in all pink prints or blue. First the colors are too overwhelming/washed out for me. So I'm good if mine change lol. I didn't put any clothes on my registry. I'll do that part.

We were given 2 carseat and they are neutral, and the crib is neutral. Parents at my daycare have given me all their girl clothes and pink rock n play. And mom has gone out and bought all kinds of girl clothes. I guess I just need to stock up on gender neutral things as well, just in case. Lol

I feel like this is going to be me. They say girl but some of the ultrasound pictures are questionable. I just have the strong strong feeling I'm carrying a boy. I guess we shall see.

Oh no what a suprise how could they have not caught it thoo.. i look at my ultrasound picture on a daily basis because i cant belive im actually having a girl i hope this dosent happen to me im 26weeks and i paid for a gender scan at 24 weeks im getting my anatomy scan next week i hope i can ease my mind a little more .!!!! I want to see her "girl" pics too. I ended up going on Google images and looking at girl ultrasound and mine just to make sure. I'm gonna beg for confirmation on wed.

How can 3d and 29 ultrasounds be so wrong.... boys are usually obvious.

I know right i have a boy so it was definitely out there .. haha i went and did the same thing and compared them to my ultrasound pics i was told sense 15 weeks it was a girl theres no girls on my side of the family counting my son theres 7 boys so were all really excited i already bought the travel system and of coarse it had to be pink lol

Lol pink makes the world a better place. The stroller I want is pink! and I just bought the cutest headbands for baby . She has to be a she. Lol.

That would be super cool to bring the first girl to the world for your fam. :)

Oh yess so many cute stuff for girls i decided i would make her bows .. yess everyone is so excited lol i feel good knowing ill be getting my anatomy scan i was having problems with my insurance thats why so late

Man this makes me nervous. I am having my 4th boy, and have two other nephews. No girls on my side. My mom has had a couple of dreams of a little girl in the house. Her dreams have some true to them, we have proven them a lot of times. Well I am already excited with my baby boy, have a name and everything. Would really hate to buy all boy stuff and for it to be a girl, since i didn't prepare for a girl....And i won't get another ultrasound either :/

That's why I keep receipts of all my baby items until baby gets here!! Lol with my first, I washed her bedding and like 2 outfits for the hospital and that was it until after she got here. Lol I wanted to be sure she was a she! lol I'm doing the same with this time with my baby boy too! I'm reusing my daughters Swaddle blankets and bibs and I've washed them already and I'll wash his bedding and his hospital outfits but that's it!

I'd love to see pics, too. We have two boys, miscarried, and they say our rainbow baby is a girl. The sonographer gave us two different photos...one regular sono shot and one transvaginal image. Not sure where boy parts would be hiding, but we are doing a 3D/4D scan in March so hopefully after that we'll have complete peace of mind...but we are keeping receipts, too, and since this same thing happened to friends of ours (different circumstances....they didn't have that many ultrasounds, nor did they see watch the screen during for themselves) we've been extra paranoid. They said stores were super nice about returning/exchanging items, though!

It's possible what happens in a normal girl Sono you see flesh in between the legs which can be small testicles and the penis can be sticking straight up toward babies head instead of it being extended straight out in the forward position. So yes it is possible ladies. Docs are only going by what the sound waves transfer to images on the monitor. Lol so just keep confirming each time you go!!!!!?

Now I'm nervous. With the boy confirmations, at least stuff is already visible. With the girls, maybe things are hiding. Wouldn't that be a surprise?

I've been very nervous to open all the girly stuff... (let's face it.. everything is girly).. I've saved all the packages and let myself enjoy prepping the nursery. I'm so nervous that they are gonna tell me it's a boy... lol. But the sonographer saw the 3 lines distinctly... so hopefully no worries. Crazy how that can happen though!

Lol. I know someone else who is praying for their baby to be a boy! I hope your ultrasound is wrong for ya :)

I get a sono every 2 weeks.. Everytime i ask them "is it still a girl" and the tech checks for me and shows me that it is. I would be very upset considering all her stuff is girly and minnie mouse.. I wouldnt mind having another boy, but im excited for my little princess and it would be a shocker at birth!

I get that entirely! I don't know how I'd react if my baby girl came out a boy. especially since mom has made my quilt and curtains and dad has bought all things girly for her...

Oh no! I'm afraid this will happen to me. I guess maybe I should think of a boy name just in case.

Omg i had this dream last night! Been told im having a girl and got another scan (growth scan) today and dreamt they told me its a boy! Ive bought more or less everything for her and all girly n pinky!

I don't think I would handle it well I would be so attached to a girl that it would be hard to get my head around

I've heard this so many times! One reason I won't find out.

This is why we did the 3D scan at close to 29-weeks! We wanted peace of mind that baby girl was still baby girl!

We found out the sex of the baby via blood work not ultrasound since it is 100% accurate. They can pull the baby's DNA from your blood.

I want confirmation. blood work sounds good to me.

When I had my anatomy scan, the u/s didn't get a "potty" shot. He just wrote down the gender, because we did a gender reveal cake. So, I have NO proof that it's a boy!

That's why we are getting a 3D scan this weekend, so we can still make sure little man is still a little man! Lol

They make that mistake quite regularly with saying its a girl and comes out a boy. Not so much with boys I wish mine was wrong and came out a girl but he opens his legs at every scan to show me he's clearly a boy haha rat bag

I did read that if the tech specifically points out the 3 lines then it's a very high chance it's a girl! I hope. I pray!
