For some reason everyone thinks it's there business what a pregnant women does or doesn't do. Ignore it or stand up to them.

I agree! I was at a store and the check out lady asked me when I was due. She was like, "omg, that's so far away! You're so huge already!" Wth!?!

I've been getting so many remarks about being big.

Why does pregnancy give people the right to comment about women's body?

Know how u feel people saying u shouldnt eat this shouldnt do that like for crying out loud leave me alone im carrying this baby not u ill eat what i want to eat!!!

I feel like people think that just because someone is pregnant, it gives them the right to make remarks . It's ridiculous! I'd never make rude comments to someone pregnant or not based on their eating habits or their weight.. not my place. I just don't get people sometimes. Lol.

Pregnancy is such a "Beauty" God has made us women to carry these babies, and to keep them healthy! Some people just have no idea what words can do!

I was in L&d from Tuesday-Thursday and had all great nurses except one. She was like this is your 3rd baby? Don't u know how to prevent pregnancy ur to young. Now I know I'm young I'm 22 but I have a husband and were finically stable for 3kids but who r u to judge?! Even if I was 16 and 3kids if ur not paying my bills it doesn't concern u!

Oh man it just sucks. I understand the feeling though. People are so rude and inconsiderate. A woman at my work today (a customer) said "honey suck your stomach in" all quiet to me like she was trying to do me a favor by telling me that... I said "ma'am I am 6 months pregnant and that would be very hard to do, but thank you for your input". She was so surprised she didn't say anything else.

I've recently decided that people see what they want to see- and yes apparently being pregnant makes it ok for said people to voice what they see-

I get a 50/50 of "OMG you don't even look pregnant" and "oh wow you're huge"!! Like are we all talking About the same belly???

For what it's worth I think I'm a pretty average size for 25 weeks.

I just got my nails done yesterday and the guy doing my nails couldn't tell I'm pregnant.. I'm 7 months in like 4 days.. And I'm not fat I have my belly that finally popped out..

But he was like you look like your gaining weight ?

Thanks I'm 7 months pregnant... He was like oh ya I can see it now... Like gee. now I have just been feeling self conscious thinking I'm getting fat in my face and legs. Rude lol

When one of my friends had her baby, they made her walk after delivery. Her husband was holding the baby, right next to her, and someone comes up to her and says, aww you look like you could deliver at any second. She started to cry. People truly don't think.

Backer, I was holding my Newborn @ the supermarket when someone asked me when am I due? I just looked at her then the baby & said any day now!! Ppl can be so dumb! Don't let it bug you. In all my pregnancies I've been asked how many babies am I carrying like its funny! (I have 10lb babies)

The best thing to do is just ignore them and walk away

I allow myself one small soda afternoon (it helps with my headaches, and doctor prefers that to me taking Tylenol everyday). This one man at work asked me "are you sure you should be drinking that?" I looked right at him and asked where he got his medical degree =)

Yeah I am over it! I hate even leaving my house anymore. I think my mood has been due to this never ending freezing cold winter but it doesn't help that everywhere I go I get greeted with "woah" or "wow yup you are definitely pregnant" REALLY people lime I need that when I am up 23lbs and am super self conscious as it is. Dumb people!

It's so true. My husband doesn't get the whole self conscious feeling. I love being pregnant, I love my baby bump... but I'm just now getting to the point of feeling good about myself, and people make comments like that. Like really! Lol.

I was eating a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit one morning when I was pregnant with my son.. A woman I worked with walked by my desk, stopped and said " you know where's that's gonna go... Straight your butt." She knew I was pregnant... Not to mention I've seen her eating the same thing!!!! Like really!?!? Some people!

Wow some people i swear!! I had a lady comment on why i was parking in the mother to be spots at walmart. Now ok i am a big girl to begin with but you can tell im pregnant now that my belly has popped. I said well, i AM expecting, she actually argued with me that i was just fat! Can you believe that!? I posted about this too a couple weeks ago. I've had a lot of rude comments at work about my size. I don't understand why a pregnant belly makes people suddenly think they have to right to say anything to you. And, at least for me, it's all been other women--and I feel like they should know better.

Because they think you won't say anything or you'd be hormonal. But say crap like that to someone and see if they'd get upset.

I was recently told how huge I look for 6 months! I said 'so, I'm pregnant what's your excuse? A bit rude but who was she to comment on how 'huge' I am

Today my son's bus aid asked if I was sure I wasn't having twins. I told her I wasn't that big and opened my coat (thinking the bulk might have been throwing her off). She gave me a look and said "Yeah, well you've still got till June. I mean you look... [another wide-eyed facial expression]... It could be more than one. "

I told her no, it's just the one girl.

Seriously? Do people not hear how rude they sound?!
