Hi ladies! I just turned 40 and first time ttc, 2nd cycle. I gave up any hope last year but never actually tried to get pregnant. Surprise pregnancy in January that ended in mc at 9w. So, I found that pregnancy is possible with a lot of hope. Started seeing RE last month. 1 cycle clomid challenge at 100mg with trigger, O on cd 24, bfn. Started gonal f 200 iU on cd3 for 8 days. >5 follicles, higher than they anticipated, they are estimating my dose was too high but I responded well, given the risks of multiples and potential reduction, decided to go ahead with this cycle. IUI yesterday morning with 332 million and 90% motility after wash. O today, cd14. I’m nervous. And confused about all the other things I’m reading about green tea, Pom juice, cold drinks, etc... any advice or well wishes are welcome!!! Thank you!
