A one week old infant was abducted from her home after her mother died from a gunshot wound to her head.

This just breaks my heart. There is no suspect, so therefore no Amber Alert.

Update: Baby Sophia has been found safe in Dallas. Two suspects were arrested this morning. They knew the mother. Police haven't disclosed what relationship they had.

How can the cops say " there is no danger to anyone in the area" I'd say someone willing and brazen to shoot a new mom on the middle of the day and take her newborn is capable of just about anything. I can't imagine what the bf / sofias dad is going through.

This has been all over my Facebook since I live near there. Poor baby. Im so scared for her. ???

I have been following this story as I live in the next town! Very sad and I am praying the baby is found safe.
