Seriously what is wrong with "parents". I was reading the comments to an article about a little boy who was sitting next to an officer at school. He reached over to touch the holster which set off the trigger. (No one was hurt!) Well like i was saying i was reading the comments and someone really just uploaded a picture of their baby about 10 months to a year holding a gun. saying "*name* As i said they are getting younger and younger" ? Why? why? wwwhhhyyy? I just cant ?

First of all why would the safety be off on the gun, especially if the cop was around children? I understand they need to have easy access to their guns but it takes no time to release a safety. And uploading pictures of your child with a gun is wrong on SO many levels. We have guns in our home and I am 100% pro gun but you have to be safe about it or that’s how accidents happen ☹️

@pp thats true kids are very curious and while some know what guns are some dont and adults should take extra measures for that! Alot of people are arguing about how the kid should know better or how the cop should of known better. What that person was thinking when they posted the picture or why make a baby take a picture like that in the first place just doesnt not make sense!

This happened not far from my home. I have NO idea why an elementary student liaison officer is carrying around a gun first of all, and apparently the "child had small fingers" don't all children that age!? And that's how it went off. He pulled the trigger while it was holstered and because of his small fingers they were able to fit under the safety mechanism. A Level 3 holster. ?
I don't want to get into a gun debate but people are stupid and guns are not the answer. I also try to avoid all comments sections because I've come to realize the people who tend to comment there are normally bottom of the barrel types.
