Think it depends on what kind of company you work for but it’s mostly like entering clients info and medically I think it’s like insurance info and stuff like that.

I don’t work for a specific data entry company but I do data entry for short sale homes. Basically, I’ve done it for a bit now so they give me a certain number of homes to research info and input data, then i get paid per house. I like it and can schedule it around my sons nap times. It can be tedious but if I do 4-5 a week it gives us a good amount of extra money. A data entry job at a company I imagine would be inputting things like insurance info, addresses and stuff like that.

At my work they have to meet very strict speed and accuracy. Also they may require you to have child care during your work hours.
