My LO is 3 weeks, I am breastfeeding and using a belly band. My bleeding has been very light and I've lost half the weight I put on during pregnancy.

I had the belly bandit with my first and it helped a lot. I am also almost 33 weeks and plan on using it again after I have my son!

I would use a proper girdle with latches amd a zip not the s*** ty ones off ebay that only have elastic

I am from africa and we dont get the belly bandit here.but i used a tight corset and my belly is back to flat

I only took it off to shower! So basically 24 hours a day
