Yep in Home daycares! I am one of the ones that watches kids from my home and am income based. Just shop around in your area!

Google daycare assistance in your state. Our state has a 211 site which is one stop shopping for licensed provider info, heating/daycare assistance, homeless or mental aid help, etc

There is usually a state daycare program that does exactly what you mentioned, it's a credit you get based off of your income. PM me if u want details.
