@Samantha definitely! Me and baby have just set up our room so no more camping in the living room all together.
I'm currently looking for an actual baby monitor or camera and a new door alarm but money is tight

I got a refurbished Samsung video monitor on amazon for a very affordable price. I’ve used it daily for over a year & no issues. Might be worth looking into to see if it’s a good price for you. I also got our alarm system on amazon. It’s wireless and very affordable too. Both those things together were maybe $120 combined.
