No, rh is a protein in red blood cells. People with that protein are rh positive & people without it are rh negative. You can have O type blood and be O+ or O-.
I just read this not to long ago ? I don’t fit the criteria of this though, doesn’t it say you’re always cold or something? I’m generally always warm. But yeah being pregnant and being RH- is a pain in the ass
